1/8 Beef
The 1/8 Beef is a great value that gives you all the beef cuts like steaks, roasts, flank steak, brisket, ribs & ground beef. You will receive 50 pounds of beef.
~ Recommended for small families
~ Will take up 1/4 of a small chest freezer or 10% of small upright freezer
~ Each cut is individually wrapped and labeled with weights and cut.
~ Includes Ribeyes, T-Bones, Porterhouse, Sirloin Steaks, a variety of 2-3 lb. roasts, arm, top, bottom and/or chuck, flank steak and/or brisket, beef shanks, stew meat, short ribs & ground beef.
*Some cuts may not be available in this package due to the small amount.

Quarter (1/4) Beef
The Quarter (1/4) Beef is a great value that gives you all the beef cuts like steaks, roasts, flank steak, brisket, ribs & ground beef. You will receive 100 pounds of beef.
~ Recommended for families with 1-2 adults and a kid or two
~ Will take up half of a small chest freezer or 25% of small upright freezer
~ Each cut is individually wrapped and labeled with weights and cut.
~ Includes Ribeyes, T-Bones, Porterhouse, Sirloin Steaks, a variety of 2-3 lb. roasts, arm, top, bottom and/or chuck , flank steak and/or brisket, beef shanks, stew meat, short ribs & ground beef.

Half (1/2) Beef
The Half (1/2) Beef is a great value that gives you all the beef cuts like steaks, roasts, flank steak, brisket, ribs & ground beef. You will receive 200 pounds of beef.
~ Recommended for medium-sized families with 2 adults and 2-3 kids.
~ Will take up most of a small chest freezer or 50% of small upright freezer
~ Each cut is individually wrapped and labeled with weights and cut.
~ Includes Ribeyes, T-Bones, Porterhouse, Sirloin Steaks, a variety of 2-3 lb. roasts, arm, top, bottom and/or chuck, flank steak and/or brisket, beef shanks, stew meat, short ribs & ground beef.

Whole Beef
The Whole Beef is the best value that gives you all the beef cuts like steaks, roasts, flank steak, brisket, ribs & ground beef. You will receive 400 pounds of beef.
~ Recommended for large families
~ Will take up all of a small upright freezer
~ Each cut is individually wrapped and labeled with weights and cut.
~ Includes Ribeyes, T-Bones, Porterhouse, Sirloin Steaks, a variety of 2-3 lb. roasts, arm, top, bottom and/or chuck, flank steak and/or brisket, beef shanks, stew meat, short ribs & ground beef.
